2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use bati77 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bati77 operates a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm your age.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or currently located within Indonesian territory at the time of account creation and service usage.

2.2 Account Creation and Registration

When creating a bati77 account, you agree to the following conditions:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted only one (1) account on bati77. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify bati77 customer support and change your password.

2.3 KYC Verification Process

bati77 operates under international gaming regulations that require strict identity verification (KYC) procedures:

• All Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed. Deposits and gameplay are permitted prior to verification, but withdrawal privileges remain suspended until verification is successfully completed.
• You must submit the following documents: (a) a clear, color photocopy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiry date; (b) proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence); (c) a selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of account creation may result in account suspension and return of deposited funds minus any bonuses or winnings derived from bonus play.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are expressly prohibited from registering or using bati77 services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Employees of bati77, its affiliates, partners, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from bati77 or any other gambling platform

• Payment Method Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment method (bank account, e-wallet, credit/debit card) registered in your own legal name matching your bati77 account registration details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds.
• Processing Time: Deposits typically reflect in your bati77 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, bank processing delays may extend this to 15-30 minutes.
• Deposit Fees: bati77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
• Currency: All transactions on bati77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a foreign currency, your bank will apply their standard exchange rate and conversion fees.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from your bati77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).

All content on the bati77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of bati77 or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without express written permission.
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, extract, or monitor platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any software used on the platform.
• Use the bati77 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Technical Issues: bati77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, hardware malfunctions, software bugs, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

• Final Decision: The decision of bati77's dispute resolution team is final and binding. You agree to waive any right to pursue legal action in any court or tribunal for disputes resolved through this process, except where prohibited by applicable law.
• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bati77 holds its primary gaming license. Any legal action related to these Terms must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to Terms
